The way to do it…
Felt immediately in “sync” with staff member Samantha. Big tick to Bensons for stocking Hypnos mattresses. I was given helpful advice but no superfluous sales patter. The whole transaction was a good example of customer service.l asked for a coffee and received one…well l was spending an awful lot of money!
