The young man that helped us was brilliant. He gave us information we needed but also didn't linger to put pressure on us to buy. Was kind, helpful and approachable. He helped us get what we wanted and helped us get the price to what was within our budget.

The lady in the shop was so helpful in finding what we need as we had brought a mattress online only to find it hurt our backs . She took everything we needed in . Kept updated with delivery times etc well before hand so we knew what to expect. Delivery team friendly and relaxed put the mattress where it was going took the rubbish gave advice all smooth . Mattress is much better thank you

Great service!
Damien at the Folkestone store was super helpful and when I had to let him know that my mum would have to be at home for the delivery instead, he took her contact number and let her know when the delivery was going to be. They actually arrived earlier than the time slot but this worked out perfectly for us.

Great service from start to finish
The staff were very friendly and helpful in store offering advice and suggestions, without being overbearing, and allow us time to roam look around.
Communication was very good too with clear explanations of the process, options, and delivery. The emails and texts also provided well timed reminders.
The delivery drivers were very friendly, thoughtful, and professional. They also made a fuss of my Frenchie, which made her day!
I also purchased a bed from Bensons around 10 years and received the same service.

My experience from entering the shop at Parkfarm Folkestone was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, I did not feel as if I was being hassled or pushed into buying which happens in lots of shops.
After placing the order the communication was great.
Delivery men kept in communication with us and arrived when they said they would. They were very helpful, polite and friendly whilst being professional. I wish I had asked their names and those in the shop, so they could take the credit.
