We had a good experience in getting a mattress
We had a good experience in getting a new mattress from Bensons for beds. We were served by Samantha who spent her time getting us the most comfortable and suitable mattress for the money. The whole process from delivery to collection of old mattress was done smoothly and efficiently. Now sleeping much better each night so many thanks to Sam.

Arrived on time and both men were…
The manager was superb in assisting us when we visited the show room.
Delivery was on time and both men were deligent, polite and were careful not to cause any damage to the house while carrying the new bed and during installation.
Overall service was excellent.

Lovely staff who were helpful and patient but not pushy. There was no pressure for us to make a decision or to purchase anything, simply a friendly ear if needed. More salespeople should be like this! And yes, we did buy the bed!

They were efficient
They were efficient . Very Friendly and Helpful. Took off their shoes to come in to the flat. We could not fault the delivery but you need to sort out your records. I have already completed the survey and sent it back. Have better things to do than send it twice.

Good experience at Bensons for Beds
We were welcomed into the store and received lots of expert help and advice. There is a huge choice of beds and mattresses but Sam, the lady who looked after us, made it easy to make a decision. Her knowledge of all things beds was invaluable. Would recommend Bensons for Beds.
