While we had a good in store experience, the delivery let everything down. The delivery team "couldn't" get the futon up the stairs (I managed single handedly) and the packaging / rubbish wasn't tak... Voir plus

Did everything to expectations and as promised, and even went beyond!
Sales was straight-forward and pleasant experience, I was kept in the loop up to the day of delivery and given a timeslot that was kept to.
Delivery and construction (including putting the headboard from my old bed on) was efficient and professional.
End to end, a very good experience.

What a great experience we had purchasing our adjustable bed at your store in Gillingham. Odette, Andy and the team were welcoming without pressure and really made us feel at ease.
