Very pleased with the staff in the store. No hard sell just useful information when we needed it. We were allowed to wander and decide ourselves which mattress we thought we needed. Gently guided through the various attributes of each product. Altogether a pleasant experience.
The mattress was delivered during the time slot allocated and the two lads who struggled to get it upstairs and in position on the bed were most helpful and polite.

Richard made the experience great. He was attentive but not overly so had good knowledge of the products and was very helpful with regards making the right choice for us and not just the most expensive choice. We never felt under pressure to buy anything and for all of the above reasons we decided this was the right place to buy our bed

We had a great experience. Odette talked us through using the sleep experience to work out what our preferred mattress would be. She then took so much time to talk to us about our needs and how the different sorts of mattresses might help and this meant we could make an informed decision. Sale was well handled and we really felt like valued customers. Would definitely shop there again.

The staff were very helpful. But the new Store quite frankly looks awful at the moment, and there is not a huge choice in Store. Thankfully they had what I was looking for. The mess from the previous Retailer should have been sorted by now.

Ladies were brilliant in store, helped us tremendously, very friendly, helpful and Wendy is a credit to the company. Cannot thank wendy enough as she assisted us from the start of when we walked into the shop right up to purchase, very happy customer 😊

My Mum ordered a mattress. It took weeks to come. On arrival she was very happy. Within weeks the cover to the Mattress all stretched and puckered. I had to contact customer services several times over this matter. The law is I purchased the mattress from Benson for beds so they should deal with it, but i had to deal with the manufacturer. I even had to have my bed inspected. Eventually the faulty mattress was replaced.
This Mattress went exactly the same way within the first six weeks. Again weeks to get it sorted. Had to choose a different mattress as original one obviously was a problem and discontinued.
There has been a problem with the order being placed so again I have been waiting months. Mistakes happen so this is one of those things. I am now being messed around with the delivery date. Today the delivery men came so my disabled mother stripped her bed. After they removed the mattress they realised they did have a replacement. So my mum has had to have the faulty mattress put back on and re make the bed. Still waiting for New Mattress. How much worse can the service from Benson For beds get.

The lady who served us and all the staff at this store was very friendly and we had good laugh with them.
Showed us mattress we was looking for but we wanted a firm mattress so ordered one can’t thank Odette the lady who served us very friendly.

We were met with really lovely, helpful, experienced sales assistant, really knowledgeable about the products. Was happy to let us look around, but readily available when we wanted to ask questions.
As we are moving to a new area, the sales assistant managed to liase with the delivery team and organised the onward delivery service.
I will certainly recommend Benson for Beds. Excellent service.

The store had a wide range of mattresses and we were put at ease and advised by sales colleague Wendy who was really great.

Great service at Benson for Beds, with expert help and advice from Odette, we managed to find the perfect bed and mattress for us.

No pressure from sales team just straight forward honest help and advice both Wendy and Richard worked well as a team and it was a pleasure doing business. The only downside was the lengthy wait for delivery which was taken out of Wendy's hands to be fair.

The lady that helped us Odette was amazing! She was patient with us and had brilliant knowledge of the products! She literally went above and beyond for us!
