Staff were excellent, they were very helpful, patient and they listened. They stuck to their word, delivery was stress free with plenty of notice so I could get organised. Would recommend

Fantastic friendly and knowledgeable service from Adrian. We were shown and able to test a variety of beds to suit our needs and without any pressure. The bed and mattress that we chose was bang on my budget of what I expecting to pay for a quality product. Thank you.

Salesman Martin made buying a new quality mattress easy and he explained clearly my options.After an informative conversation I felt I was able to buy the correct one for my needs,fully recommend them for anyone needing a new mattress,the whole experience was easier than I had thought when you have someone who has a wealth of knowledge in helping me decide.Well done Bensons for beds.

Igell pillow
As walked in said hi what is it where looking at today and I said I would like the side sleeper ijell pillow and Lee said is Is it 2 pillow I said no where doing one this month and he said what about if u use klanar and get two pillows and pay it over 3 months I said I would like to just buy one and then get the next one next month he said ok that’s ok but lee was amazing and definitely would recommend talking to lee if need any help

Excellent experience
We decided to go to bensons for bed as we wanted to try the mattress simulator.
It was a great starting point in choosing a mattress that suited us, and also getting the right pillow to take on the showroom experience with us.
We found Lee very helpful and informative.
