At the Guiseley store Olivia welcomed us, was very informative and helped us identify what we needed in a mattress. Fortunately it was available within a week and delivery was made within and advised time slot with no problems.

We were greeted by Olivia who explained everything to us regarding the bed we wanted. Took time to explain the different mattress and which would be best for my dad. We got a bed and was very happy with the service. What I liked was she was not pushy and listened to what my dad's needs were.

Olivia, in the store at Guiseley, Leeds helped us greatly explaining all the different mattress typed. This helped us greatly in our decision. The staff are very well trained and knowledgeable.
