My bed was meant to be delivered on the 1st of October 2024, got an email saying it will be delayed until 7th of October 2024, didn't think I'll have this problem going into shop and ordering the bed... Voir plus
I got a great bargain on slumberland king size mattress in the sale. The lady that helped me was very friendly and professional, no heavy sales tactics but very helpful.

Service from Hamilton store
Visited Hamilton store on Saturday and received great, friendly and helpful advice. Ordered new mattress which was delivered yesterday (Thursday). Again delivery men were efficient and friendly and removed all packaging. Have used Benson's for beds before and would have no hesitation using again. Great service.

Great service overall
In Hamilton shop Cameron was friendly and professional with helping us pick the correct mattress to suit our needs. We were kept in the loop at all stages and delivery went ahead at the stated time. Delivery men were great and very respectful of our property. Mattress is great and sleeping well on it. Overall no complaints
