It’s all about customer experience!
So, as someone who doesn’t study the nuisances of mattresses or beds. And is blinded by all the adverts!
I visited my local store and met with Madison who took the time to explain the options and ascertained my budget too. I then followed up with a second visit and met with Ben, consistently the customer service and experience was excellent and for me anyone can sell you a bed/mattress online.
My choice is to buy from people who value me as a customer! 5*+

Greeted by sales person, very polite and helpful in helping us choose the bed frame and headboard we were looking for. Took his time showing us different swatches for different headboards. Found what we wanted with his help.

7 days to change an order is a lie. Promotion will be removed.
We ordered a bed with a mattress and 2 side tables. We were then told after the purchase to go home and check the measurements. We then found the measurements did not work. We returned to store to change the bedframe so that it could fit. However, soon as changing the bedframe on our order our promotions were removed. Even though I was choosing a cheaper headboard and cheaper mattress and changing the side table colours I would end up having to spend more money than originally as promotions had been removed. So even though they say you have 7 days to adjust you don’t if it includes any promotions as they will all be removed. We had to cancel the whole order very disappointed.

Terrible company
Please, please don’t be tempted to buy from this company. There is no customer protection really just exchange with huge deductions. Just make sure you reed terms and conditions before you sign. I paid over
£ 2000 for mattress that sagged after two nights sleep. I lost just under £500 on exchange. Horrific customer service!!

I found the mattress best for me at Bensons
There was always someone on hand checking if we were ok or needed help but they weren't pushy. Very helpful and knowledgeable and let us take as long as we needed to try different mattresses and answered our questions. It is quite hard to choose what you hope is the right mattress for you and within your budget but the staff at Bensons, Harlow made this a very good experience. Thank you
