Very helpful member of staff in Ipswich branch. Bed was delivered on time and delivery men were extremely helpful and polite. The bed is amazing and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service and knowledgeable
We purchased a wardrobe over 10 years ago and it’s as good as the day we bought it this was why we decided to go to bensons we went into the store after looking online for a bed thinking this is what we were going to buy
The store manager was so helpful and we were able to try the mattress we has seen online which we did not feel as comfortable or supported as we thought it would be
No hard sell but loads of advice we have now purchased a mattress and a bed that’s exactly what we need

From walking into the shop to receiving our new mattress, the whole experience was completely painless. We were allowed to browse without being pestered and when we did require assistance the staff were very helpful. Delivery was very good also.

The order of the bed was straight…
The order of the bed was straight forward. Delivery was perfect , the delivery men were brilliant , polite & were very friendly. They made my autistic son feel comfortable when speaking to him , as the order was delivered to his room .

We had a bit of a rough start by…
We had a bit of a rough start by getting a faulty mattress to begin with which was slightly annoying- however after speaking to customer services (Martin) and the lady in store (Jay Ipswich ransomes branch) - who was extremely helpful and resolved our issue immediately by exchanging for another mattress which we could take away with us the same day. Very pleased with new mattress- thanks ☺️

Excellent service from stepping into the shop 2-3 weeks ago…
Excellent service from stepping into the shop to having my bed made up. All very knowledgeable. Help me chose my mattress and bed, I knew what I wanted and the lady helped me put it all together, laid on a few ect. Did paperwork very efficiently. Then the delivery team kept in touch, I opted for them to make my bed. So plenty of updates, they arrived and my bed was together in no time and all the rubbish gone, an excellent service all round. Thank you
