Great service from Bensons for beds Kettering
Excellent experience buying a new bed from Bensons for beds in Kettering.
Would like to say the whole experience was first class from start to finish. Extremely helpful salesman on the day answered all the questions ,he knew the contents of the store almost from memory.
The delivery was like clockwork too, several emails kept me up to date on my chosen delivery day and time slot.
On the day i was updated on my drivers progress and received two calls explaining their eta . The delivery itself was great even though the weather was appalling the guys just got on with it took the bed etc to the room of my choice all the while being careful of my walls light fittings and furniture.
My experience was definitely 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Brilliant Customer Service
Martin was great, didn't jump on us as soon as we walked in, but said let him know when we were ready. When we were ready, he actually listened to what we were looking for, rather than trying to to sell what he thought we might want, so we found the perfect bed.

Very professional service handled very well delivered very quickly and professionally. The headboard supplied the stays for it were frankly a poor design like most modern day beds irregardless of supplier
