Richard was amazing at helping us find the right bed, headboard and mattress for my teenager daughter. Plus the offers in the store that weekend were amazing.

Catherine gave the best customer service! Honestly the sale was completely down to her we weren’t even planning on buying there and then but the customer service we received made us know we were buying that day! We got both a mattress and a sofa bed in the end!

Very Helpful Staff - not sure about the electric bed testing machine, but it was very comfortable.. Did have a moan about the delivery charge not being optional - so none of the prices displayed are what you actually pay - as there is a compulsory delivery charge on top. Upon speaking to a very helpful manager - they did point out that the charge can vary depending on how many things you buy, hence it not being included, but it is not very clear when you go in and see the original price. Overall - it is still good value, and had the extra cost been explained from the outset, I would have no complaints at all.

We just went to look, but the warm welcome we received on arrival and the great salesmanship won us over. As a result we bought a bed and more. Particular credit for this goes to Richard, who was friendly, knowledgeable and patient, leading us gently to choices that best suited our needs. We spent considerably more than we had planned, but are content to have done so because we are very happy with the choices he helped us make.

We were given a very good experience. We lay on a bed that assessed how we slept so we knew what kind of mattress was best for us. Richard was very helpful and patient and once we had decided on the one we wanted , it was a quick and easy process with delivery arrangement etc
