Great staff in store
Great staff in store, listened to my needs and recommended sleep test mattress machine. Kept recommend mattress to my budget. Fast efficient service. Delivery driver confirmed date and time the day before and rang on day of delivery informing how far away they were. Unpacked the bed and took away packaging. Impressed with their politeness.

Everyone in store was helpful and friendly, especially Nicole. No one was pushy at all. The delivery was efficient and on time, Elliot and his team carried the mattress to where I needed.

Faultless throughout
On our arrival we were greeted by Sonya. We told her that my mum was looking for a small double bed. She showed us different types that were suitable for mums needs and explained them all in full and then left us to look around on our own which was nice. Once we had decided we made the order with Sonya, who I must say is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. I was kept up to date with delivery date and time. The two guys arrived with her delivery and had the bed fully assembled within 15 minutes! Brilliant service from start to finish

Lena (staff member) was excellent! She was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She guided us through our options and helped us choose the best mattress for our needs. There was a brilliant offer of 25% off plus 6% off with a Blue Light Card so it was great value for money too.

Excellent customer service highly recommended
Staff were welcoming without being pushy. Asked what we were looking for and listened to our needs, then showed us exactly what we were thinking of..... the staff member (Craig) explained everything and answered any questions we had. The beds we were thinking about only came with specific mattresses so he asked if we'd like to try the sleeppro (body mapping sleep assessment) sk glad we did as it showed us what mattresses were best for our needs. Once again Craig showed us each mattresses (some more expensive than others) but again wasn't pushy and answered our questions. We eventually decided one the first choice mattresses (iGel firm mattress) we then chose a base, headboard + pillows and best of all spent less than we expected. Delivery was within two weeks......Excellent customer service from the staff and Delivery team.
We highly recommend Bensons for Beds...... very happy with our new bed.
