I'd shop there again because of the Manager & Delivery Men
Manager at Fosse Park was professional, patient, not pushing us at all, allowing us to ask questions and to take our time. We went to another shop to compare, but were keen to get back, as the experience was calm, not pressurised at all - and obviously the mattress we finally chose was perfect for our needs.
The delivery men were professional, respectful, funny, and kept us informed the day before, and on the day, of their estimated time of arrival.

I went mid week and got to browse without being chased around the store- when I wanted to enquire I sat with the lovely Karen who helped me price up a mattress. I will be buying very soon.

I can only review for the sales person as not had mattress delivered yet.
Staff were helpful and left my husband and I to try out several mattresses before speaking to salesperson to get the specifications and suitability for our needs

Great customer service
The fact that as soon as we walked in to the store we were greeted with an "hello".. visited Dreams next door and although there were a number of staff around not one person even bothered to acknowledge us so the fact Bensons did helped the store get the sale. Karen who served us was brilliant..provided lots of advice and helped us to choose the right bed for us...didn't feel pressured at all to complete the purchase there and then but we did.
All round very pleased with the service so far.

Exceptional. We've bought 3 beds at different times and delivery for all has been smooth and hassle free. Arrived in the time slot, called 30 minutes before arrival, sorted everything as planned in an efficient way. Best company I've dealt with in a while. Thank you. Quality and price is very good.
