Quick and Efficient Service: Karen the lady who served us was very…
Karen the lady who served us was very helpful and explained all the various options regarding choice of beds to us clearly. She had very good product knowledge which helped us tremendously. We were keen for our previous bed to be taken away and disposed of properly in an environmentally safe way. In fact this was one of the main reasons for going to Bensons Beds rather than other retailers.
If the delivery is as efficient as the purchase we will be very pleased.

The guy that helped us was new and he was very professional and a good laugh, wasn’t pushy and was really helpful. The manager was lovely we went and spoke to her before ordering and had the same level of service when we went back first time shopping with them guys and wouldn’t be the last

Sales experience
Karen was the sales person. She was knowledgeable yet not pushy. She gave us space and time to think without following us around the store as this is something I particularly dislike and would have made me leave the store.
