It was my first time coming to the store. As soon as I entered I was greeted by one of your staff called Hafsa. She was very helpful. And showed exactly what we were looking for. I only came for a browse but left with purchasing two beds for my boys.

Great experience and service.
We had a rough idea what we wanted and so it was great to be left alone at the start of our visit. We were able to make up our own minds on what was best for us, rather than be put under any pressure by staff. When Karen was asked for help, she was very knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. The fact that we didn’t feel at all pressurised, even when she was helping us, sealed the deal. Karen made the whole experience so much the better. Such a large purchase is daunting, but Karen made it easy. I think you can see from this review that we were very pleased with our purchase and very grateful for the way Karen helped us unobtrusively. We would thoroughly recommend the Leicester Fosse Park branch to anyone looking for a new bed. Great service. Thank you.

We were greeted upon entry and asked if we required help. We discussed our bed requirements with Karen and she talked us through a number of options and we were given time to test several beds. Nothing was too much trouble and without any pressure selling we were able to select our next bed. Probably could not have done so without Karens assistance and expert guidance. As a result we would definitely return to Fosse Park store and recommend to others.

Karen explained different bed types and mattresses clearly. Was very patient and did not push sales on us. Not doing elivering for 3 weeks so can not comment on that experience yet. So far good impression.

Our visit to bensons for beds in Fosse Park went very well. Was very pleased with the friendly welcome but no high pressure selling. Zeba was very helpful but not too pushy. Which is why we made our purchase. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience
Fantastic experience. Came in to just have a look around see what options this store had for a new mattress. The sales person and I believe store manager Donna asked if we needed any help and as we were just browsing she lets us have a look around first and wasn’t pushy in the slightest, as I’ve had issues with other retailers where they just want a quick sale and won’t leave you alone. Then was very helpful once we were ready to ask some questions. She was very polite and friendly and explained the differences between the mattress I was interested in. And even had some demo “see through” mattresses so I could visually see the difference, which was a big help in choosing which one was right for me. Once I had chosen the one I liked she got me through the financing very quickly. Overall just brilliant and looking forward to my new mattress in a months time.
