From purchase to delivery Bensons could not be faulted. We were regularly updated on progress of our order. Delivery was on time and the staff efficient and polite. All in all 1st class.

We were helped by a very helpful and friendly member of staff in our local store. After showing us the mattresses he left us to try them on our own with no pressure selling. A great experience.
