Great service from Gemma at the showroom. Followed by quick and punctual delivery to our home. Thanks.

Brilliant from the store experience to the delivery. Special thanks to Gemma and David at the Lincoln store.

Excellent presentation. Very pleasant assistant.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Andrew in the shop was very helpful, pleasant and friendly, talking us through what we wanted and then leaving us alone to decide. Delivery was excellent too, the men were very professional and assembled the bed very quickly, they too were very pleasant and friendly. The bed is so comfy too. Highly recommend

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from Bensons for Beds – outstanding delivery team

I’m very pleased with both the products and the service from Bensons for Beds. The whole experience has been professional and well organised, but I would particularly like to recognise Emilian, the driver, and his assistant Daniel for going above and beyond.

When they arrived, they kindly agreed to dismantle our existing single bed from one bedroom and move and reassemble it in another room downstairs. This was not part of their actual delivery duties, but they went out of their way to help us without hesitation.

What really stood out was the way they carried out everything: friendly, respectful, careful and highly professional. They worked efficiently, took care with our home and belongings, and were genuinely helpful throughout.

People often remember a company because of its products, but it is the people representing the company who can make the experience truly exceptional. Emilian and Daniel are a credit to Bensons for Beds, and their attitude and willingness to help deserve recognition.

Thank you both for the excellent service. I would happily recommend Bensons for Beds, and particularly this delivery team, to anyone looking for a professional and customer-focused experience.

Thanks you to Andrew at the Lincoln branch , helpful , friendly , not pushy and help me make right choice
