Super knowledgable and helpful whilst not pushy
I spoke to Ian and Joe in particular at the Llanelli branch and they were both super knowledgable and helpful whilst not being pushy. I’m only sorry this purchase won’t be credited to him but I’d like to recognise him all the same.

Good choice of beds
Good choice of beds. Very good and friendly advice from salesman (John) who was not pushy nor following us around which is what we had in other stores. Good price and excellent delivery time. Happy sleeps now.

Great staff in showroom, friendly and helpful. Delivery as promised, delivery men very thoughtful and respected my property shoes were removed before entering. Beds excellent quality, mattresses comfy.
When I need a bed in future I would certainly go back to Bensons. Recommended.

Never been in and out of so many beds.
Excellent service from bensons for beds. The salesman made sure we tried so many beds out and I’m glad he did as I would have probably chosen the wrong mattress for us.

I had a great experience at Bensons for Beds thanks to John. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and explained all the options clearly, making the whole process easy and stress-free.
John’s product knowledge was excellent, and he helped me find the perfect bed to suit my needs and budget. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, not just making a sale.
