Fantastic service from John at Bensons for Beds Llanelli!
I had a great experience at Bensons for Beds thanks to John. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and explained all the options clearly, making the whole process easy and stress-free.
John’s product knowledge was excellent, and he helped me find the perfect bed to suit my needs and budget. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, not just making a sale.
Outstanding customer service from start to finish, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend asking for John if you’re shopping at Bensons for Beds!

I visited Bensons Beds in Llanelli to…
I visited Bensons Beds in Llanelli to purchase a bed for the sole reason that they do IGel beds . I’ve had one before and honestly no other bed compares after having one . The store was clean and there was a good selection of quality beds there. I liked that no one came straight up to me and just enquired if I wanted help after a few minutes . Staff were so friendly and helpful . Brilliant store

The Benson Delivery Team Process Let us Down
The Benson beds retail outlet with Cameron and his team are amazing So let down by the delivery team saying they are not allowed to unwrap the Simba mattress for us as it is mot a Bensons product even though Bensons sold the product both OAPs but my wife has lost 2 discs in her lower back was a struggle for me to unpack a 54 kilo box and lift the mattress on to the bed

Great service in store the sales person had a lot of patience with me trying out all the difference mattresses Explained the sales and products throughout the sales journey The bed was delivered by two person who were very polite and helpful took thier shoes off before entering my house even phoned us to say when they were coming to deliver within a 30 min time slot.
