Bensons For Beds - Llanelli374 Avis 

Pros:
- Their staff in the Llanelli store (Very helpful, always called to give updates)
- Their delivery drivers (Very nice and professional guys)
- Good product (only the first day however very comfortable and looks good)

Cons:
- Their customer service. (couldn't inform me of the why the issue happened. Didn't try and resolve the issue, and didn't leave any notes that our conversation happened so someone else could help)
- Their distribution center (rescheduled our delivery without speaking with us which lead to a total of a 7 week wait)
- Cost us the sale of our old bed because of these issues

John was very helpful because we weren't sure what we wanted but he was great and we have bought exactly the right bed for us.

Friendly and knowledgable staff. Just the right amount of input - not overbearing, no pressure to buy/make a decision and responsive to needs

We met John at the Llanelli store at the end of December and he was a big help choosing our bed and mattress.

The shop assistant was very helpful. Answered all our questions with obvious knowledge of beds etc. went through the purchase process very efficiently explaining the ordering and delivery process.

On both the occasions I visited the store I was very impressed with the salesperson . He was helpful , informative & polite .

A friend bought a bed with him in July and was thrilled at the attention paid to her needs for a comfortable night's sleep. The bed I'm replacing was also bought from Bensons but some 15 years ago.

From the moment we walked into the Llanelli store the staff were friendly and welcoming. Cameron and Ian explained all the different mattresses/pillows to me and made sure I had the right ones that suited my needs.

We had visited a few bed showrooms but when we walked into bensons at Llanelli it was a different experience, the salesman Cameron was welcoming and explained everything in detail to us , which resulted in a purchase of a bed, headboard and mattress which we wanted. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience at the Llanelli store, Cameron was very helpful, listened to what we needed and showed us a few options within our given budget and gave us a great deal on a clearance mattress. We were able to collect it from the store in less than a week. After a poor experience in another bed retailer just before we went to Benson's, we were very happy with the service we recieved.

The choice was overwhelming. Ian at Llanelli was so helpful had great knowledge of all the beds and frames in store. He was able to direct us to what we were looking for and offered a choice for us to choose from . We felt relaxed and not pressured . He was able to give us a delivery date suitable for us . Excellent salesman
