Bed was delivered damaged
Bed was delivered damaged, parts ordered by store but it’s been over a week and still waiting for someone from parts department to contact me about when the new parts will be delivered! Not a good service and will not recommend to anyone now!

Not impressed
Everything was fine up to delivery but the team would not assemble the bed as apparently that service has to be ordered at the point of sale. This service was not offered to me at the point of sale so not very impressed.

Walked in
Walked in, was immediately greeted by team member Darryl, who asked me what I was looking for and then took me straight to it without any messing around. Showed me a couple of other options that were similar too, but confidently said which one would be the most ideal - which was the option I went for.
I had actually left to go shopping elsewhere just to compare prices and ended up returning as the other store was a much less inviting experience. I returned, and was able to wrap up the transaction very quickly and efficiently.
Compared to the other store, which felt like a dark warehouse with unenthusiastic staff and a silly machine that would tell you your "perfect mattress" in "just three minutes", Benson for Beds was bright, inviting, and the team member was able to directly to the perfect mattress in less than 3 minutes and with a good bit of chat to go with it.
Very good experience, unexpectedly got in during a sale so it was a much better price than I anticipated too! Left very happy.
