we have been thinking of buying a better mattress for a while as our current one was giving my wife should ache. As the car was in for a service at a garage on the same retail park, we thought we would just pop in Benson's for a look a new mattress. Darrol aproached us and asked us what we where looking for and showed and explained to us the diffrent options as my wife wanted a medium and me a soft mattress. After trying a few out' we found what were looking for. Darrol really looked after us making sure the mattress would fit up the stairs and so on. Great customer service, and nice not to have over pushy sales staff. would recommend and buy from them again. our last mattress we bought online and it wasn't cheap but as you cannot try them it can be abit of a gamble

Darryl greeted me as soon as I entered the showroom and his approach and friendliness immediately put me at ease. He was clearly knowledgeable about Benson products and was able to check what model of bed I last purchased, and when (over 10 years ago!). I was able to try as many beds as I wished with Darryl on hand to advise me every step of the way. It didn't take long for me to reach my decision and the purchase process was carried out quickly and efficiently. Darryl made sure I was happy before I left and that I fully understood the next steps to delivery. Altogether, an excellent customer experience!

Just purchased a beautiful new bed and mattress. Some great discounts at the moment. Due for delivery In 2 weeks so can't comment on delivery or final purchase yet. The shop experience was brilliant, Darryl served us and was very knowledgeable about all products. He spent lots of time matching us to the correct mattress for our needs. We also purchased 2 pillows which were a bit pricey but felt amazing, again was very impressed that Darryl knew just which pillows would suit myself and my partner after we told him of our aches and pains. All in all very happy with our shopping experience and looking forward to received our lovely new bed and mattress.
