Gail was great with us
Gail was great with us. I only went in with my daughter to look at beds and did end up buying one myself. Lots of patience and explained everything to us.

Went looking for a new mattress
Went looking for a new mattress, following constant back pain. Your sales assistant Emma was a delight, wasn't pushy. Allowed us time to look, was polite, knowledgeable and made us feel relaxed. Unlike our previous experience at a competitor. Would definitely shot there again, all in all a very pleasant experience. Thank you

Ordered and had the wrong size mattress…
Ordered and had the wrong size mattress delivered which was entirely my own fault. In store staff sorted out a replacement without hesitation in a professional and friendly manner. Delivery guys on original and then corrective delivery were on time and very courteous on both deliveries.

The two guys who delivered the bed were brilliant, very professional and explained everything has they went along.
