Great experience
Charles at Bensons for Beds was really helpful in finding our perfect mattress. He made everything easy and pleasant. We’d seen a great discount at another store and he matched it for us. We left very happy with the service! Highly recommend the store!

We had an amazing salesperson named Rida who helped us. He listened carefully to what we wanted and helped us to make choices that suited us. He was patient, kind, and provided needed advice and yet knew how not to be overbearing and left us to make our decisions and to come and get him when we are ready or had more questions. He gave us his opinion as well when we asked for it. He was very kind and attentive and really listened to the customer, plus he knew absolutely
everything about the products. He is a credit to the company and I would happily purchase from Bensons again because of this lovely experience with him. We bought a mattress, ottoman base, headboard, pillows, and a sofa bed from him so we were there quite a few hours and kept changing our minds so we weren’t easy to deal with. To his credit, we never felt rushed or pressured and it was all service with a smile. Thank you Rida for such a great experience! We will be back again because of you.

The delivery arrived within the expected time window.
The removal of my existing bed and mattress. The installation and assembly of my new furniture all went smoothly and efficiently. The delivery men were clean and polite. The store customer adviser where I placed my order was very helpful in my decission making process.

Rida is the guy to ask for on arrival whether you're just browsing or choose to proceed with purchase at the Milton Keynes site. We needed to go in on 3 separate occasions and he always showed patience and never any pressure at all. Helped us with all of our queries with his extensive knowledge and clearly set out our options in terms of payments/delivery etc and what would best suit us. He is approachable and went above and beyond. All round experience was excellent and would definitely return if we need anything else. Purchased 2 beds, 2 headboards and 1 mattress from this branch.

The salesperson was friendly and informative. Delivery time seems rather long, and we’re not sure we believe the technology for determining the “best” mattress for our bodies. Time will tell. Also, I’ve never been keen on putting my head and face on something that many others have. It would be nice to know that some form of sanitization was done after each trial. That would be a huge selling point in my opinion.

Would highly recommend! From start to finish, the process was completely straight forward and all options were given so we could make the decision which was best for our needs. We made a tweak to our order and it was simple to do, with efficient and a no hassle experience. Constant updates from placing our order, weeks, days and on the day when our bed was delivered. Bensons for beds you gave us a first class experience - thank you! Now for some enjoyable nights sleep again!
