Nice experience buying a mattress
Nice experience buying a mattress. Ben was a very good sales person, explained and demonstrated all the mattresses benefits in our price range.
Decided on a Latex Nestledown model. Don’t like memory foam.
Delivery was very good, delivery team put the mattress into our bedroom, took our old one away and unpacked our new one and took all the packing away.
Recommend.

Bensons staff are brilliant
Ben in store in Milton Keynes was so knowledgeable and helpful and made the buying experience very straightforward. The delivery team, John and Brian, were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend Bensons highly enough!

Outstanding service
As well as the Milton Keynes instore experience being very smooth, with helpful and knowledgeable staff, the delivery team were a step above the rest. Our initial choice of bed wouldn't fit up into the top room due to the staircase, but the driver Andrew was incredibly calm, friendly and helpful and talked through alternative beds and bedheads that would be suitable. We went back instore, this time Bedford, to choose our alternative and it went up into the room easily, delivered again and assembled by Andrew and Janis. Solidly built and in perfect condition.

After 5 years of using our old mattress…
After 5 years of using our old mattress purchased in the same store, we decided to replace it with a new one, but with a firmer one.Ben as a salesman was very professional in what he does and not pushy, I highly recommend his services.

The staff was helpfull at the Milton Keynes branch even though I placed the order on line. The delivery was well tracked etc.
The bed is very comfortable. I went for a soft one as I am small and light.

I had a fantastic experience at Bensons for Beds thanks to Prash. From the moment we walked into the store, he was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and patiently walked us through the different options without any pressure.
Prash was very knowledgeable and gave us honest advice, which made choosing the right bed frame and sofa bed much easier. His professionalism and genuine willingness to help really stood out and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
Customer service like this is rare these days, and Prash truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. I would highly recommend speaking to him if you visit Bensons for Beds.

Lack of service
Milton Keynes shop-happy to take our money but when we exercised the mattress guarantee, suddenly hit with hidden costs to arrange a replacement. Then they messed us around with delivery date of the replacement. Were only interested in taking our money and then they lost interest, once they got their commission. Not a happy customer.

I would like to reassure you that we never intend for any charges or processes to feel “hidden.” Our Comfort Guarantee does allow customers to exchange their mattress if it isn’t quite right, but it does come with associated fees when the exchange is due to a change of mind rather than a product fault. These costs cover the collection and delivery logistics, and they are outlined in the terms of the guarantee at the point of purchase.
