Efficient quick and easy to deal with
The whole ordering process was very good, made easy by Tom the assistant in the shop I found him very helpful guiding me though everything I needed to know without being a pushy salesman.
Everything went very smoothly from ordering to the delivery, very good professional service.

Just had our new bed delivered
Just had our new bed delivered, came in the alloted time, got a call to say they are on their way. The lads uploaded the van and helped carry the mattress to the house for us. Very friendly.
Great bed, great company to have dealt with! definately recommended.

Excellent service
Courteous staff at the office. very polite and professional delivery guys who set up the bed in no time and took away the old one. I would highly recommend this company any day. And the bed was exactly what I was looking for.

Great store
Jack was extremely helpful in advising me on choosing my mattress and bed. As well as good advice he didn't rush me and gave me time to wander around the store trying out different mattresses and consider base and headboard options. I intended to shop around a number of stores but was more than happy to make my purchase there and then.

The whole trying and buying process was great, I bought my first mattress from Benson Beds many years ago, the mattress was good quality and very comfortable, so I've bought another and so far it's as good as before.

Totally let down!
I ask if it was in stock and could be delivered by 3rd Feb. Double checked by store and on-line. Now text to say manufacturing company has delay (was in stock at your facility I was told) and it won’t be available until 11th. We are gone off the island, tickets booked, now need to cancel and get refund. You suck as a company, never trust you again
After reply: After agreeing to a delay and booking the delivery for late March, someone has now changed it again to early March (or automatically as it said it was available earlier) but sadly as I had already stated we are away 2days after the original delivery. So now I have to call again but am now worried you will keep automatically moving it forward….

Good Variety of Beds
The store was clean, the staff were all really helpful without being pushy. I was recommended to go to Bensons for Beds by my son and daughter in law who were also very happy with their experience. Bonus was 25% off. We are yet to received our new bed, base and headboard but judging by our initial experience we were very happy. Explaining the product
The people who dealt with us we're very helpful & knowledgeable about the bed we had selected.
Also we have a hoped for delivery date according to the completion of our property but she said if it changes let her know to change the delivery date

Mixed experience!
The assistant repeatedly called me "my lovely" which was most irritating as she was young enough to be my granddaughter! Paying for both delivery and collection of the old mattress is frustrating and detracts from a favourable headline price. I was however with the timeliness of the quoted delivery time.
