He failed to have any knowledge of things and was totally not empathetic to my situation

He need’s training in building rapport and went from being disinterested to pushy - halfway through he dealt with another couples complaint and I had to return later to complete purchase

Mattress delivered to my elderly mother , who understandably was worried given she is frail . The delivery guys did everything including helping her with a valance sheet and unwrapping the mattress for her . They could not have done more or been kinder to her . Living at distance , it's always a worry when you can't be there to help . But happy mum and happy daughter . Thank you so much .
Oh and the mattress was great too , mum sleeping comfortably . Top marks !

John was exceptionally helpful and patient. No pushy sales effort just friendly and useful advice. Great service and very pleased with our final choice.

I was let down by another company on a bed and needed one asap the guy in the Northampton store was so helpful in finding me a bed that would arrive asap and within my budget. I really appreciated it and would shop there again.

We visited Bensons at Northampton. From entering the store to leaving we had first class service.
The young man who looked after is was personable, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us.

Salesman Lewis in the Northampton store was extremely polite and helpful with my two visits to the store and then purchase of a SuperKing Artisan Mattress.

Good advice regarding deals on a bed frame and mattress combination.

The drivers, Dave and Chiechefu did exactly what Benson stated they would do.
They were very polite and helpful and arrived within the time slot allocated, calling 30 minutes before. They Delivered the bed in a great condition and carried it to the room I asked.

Excellent service. Paul was excellent in listening to our circumstances and patiently answered our questions and led to to the perfect mattress for us! Would highly recommend.

John, the salesman offered his help as we entered the store then let us wander and have a good look round without constant hassling which was a breath of fresh air.
Once we had found a bed of interest John took us through our options and we finally purchased a bed.
We can’t thank John enough for his help, he was extremely knowledgeable about the bed and his cheerful, helpful nature was lovely and made the whole experience pain free even though it was a scorching hot day and we had visited several other showrooms previously.
My advice would be to go to Bensons first, helpful and friendly but not pushy, highly recommended.

Great service, talked through options, great deal
My only feedback would be not to jump on people as they get in the door, we wanted to have a look and decide what we need. Just a bit of space to start with.
However the sales man was lovely and very helpful once we were ready.
