New Matress
Member of staff was not pushy. Answered my Questions, was really informative of products & did not try to steer me to buy any thing. They were there as/ when I required help, professional & polite. Good explanation of finance options. Being able to try the mattresses in a show room environment was also extremely helpful. I had looked on line but decided I needed to see the products on offer & actually try before buying. There is a 4 week wait, so not immediate, this was fine for us.

If you don't want to be hounded use Bensons
Unlike other stores we had visited, we weren't crowded by pushy salespersons and allowed to wander round until we needed to talk to someone. This was refreshing! Judy was then extremely helpful. There was more of a feeling of 'if the customer knows what they want, dont push', which I think clinched things for us.

Fantastic service!
I was dreading the visit to buy a new mattress but the day has come to order a new one. It was a pleasure to visit the store on Sunday 25th May. I was helped by Lora, she was amazing and made me feel at ease. Had no need to even think about visiting Dreams next door. Top service and will be recommending to all. Was like a walk in the park super easy!

We were warmly greeted and offered assistance. We advised at first we were just browsing and we left alone to do this, big plus. When we needed help Lora was excellent in product information & taking of order. She was polite, attentive and friendly, very positive experience
