Both members of staff who served me were extremely helpful, and went above and beyond helping me .The bed I first ordered I changed my mind,but they helped me change my order to the new bed I chose.

Great service from Kurtis in the Botley Store
We have purchased several beds from Bensons for Beds, and especially because of Kurtis (the Manager of the Botley, Oxford, store). Kurtis epitomises the word 'service'. He talked with us for ages to make sure we got exactly what we needed. No pressure to buy, just advice, and an objective view, so we could consider everything properly. We settled on a Super King TV Bed, with a good quality 6000 spring mattress. Nothings throughout the experience was bad, only a pleasure to be treated with respect, professionalism, and friendliness. Kurtis ran us through every item on the order, explained in great detail about the - Manage My Order, facility. Which was a great help so we can monitor the delivery schedule. We choose Bensons for Beds because of the service, then the quality of the products we have previously, and the recent purchase. Thank you Kurtis for your excellent help.

I visited your branch on the Botley Road in Oxford and was given fantastic advice by staff member Max. He had superb knowledge and was able to give me great advice.
My delivery was perfect; within the time stated, with great communication and the delivery staff we happy to assist with taking the mattresses upstairs. 10/10 for service and customer care.

Amazing deal on king size mattresses and customer service from Christelle at Benson's at Botley Road, Oxford
Christelle was amazing at explaining the different types of mattresses available on the showroom floor. She was very knowledgeable and answered our questions thoroughly and got us an amazing deal on our mattresses! Christelle really looked after us and got us the best deal for our bedding situation and needs for our home. Highly recommend Christelle and Benson's for future bedding furniture solutions. The store was very clean and we felt comfortable lying down and trying out the mattresses. Didn't feel disgusting to lie on them as we have seen in other stores that don't take care of their showrooms. Benson's policy for flexible delivery dates is great for moving house. The Benson mattress care plan that covers outside the manufacturer warranty is a must have. Overall, we can't say enough good things about Christelle and Benson's on Botley Road, Oxford!!!

Purchased a Tempur mattress from Oxford good price friendly staff who did there best to meet our requirements. Only downside was would take American Express online but not in store.

The in-store team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the purchasing process smooth and pleasant. The delivery team was equally excellent—on time, professional, and efficient. They handled the furniture with great care, assembled everything neatly, and took away all packaging. The quality of the mattress is very good. Highly recommended.
