Bensons For Beds in Peterborough Thank you Jade
We was seen by Jade and she made us feel welcome and was not pushy at all. We needed three beds and she took the time to make sure the whole family got what they required. We went to Dreams in Peterborough just to compare and Bensons For Beds was nicer with more choice.

Only concern is long wait for delivery more than 6 weeks and furniture assembly charges are high.

New double mattress needed.
We needed a new double mattress for our spare bedroom.I had seen one on line which looked ideal.
We went to our local Bensons store. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
We are very happy with our purchases and would use this store again and recommend the service we were given to our family and friends.

David at the Peterborough store was a great salesman. Wasn't pushy & was very informative. He listened to our specific needs & made us feel at ease. This is why I'm writing this review as, he definitely did a great job. He answered all of our questions & also gave us space not pouncing on his prey like a starving predator. As far as customer service customer service goes, David did an excellent job.

The service we received was excellent
The service we received was excellent. We described what we needed and were given various choices. The delivery date options were provided effectively and the purchase of our new bed was complete in minutes.
We have used Benson For Beds 3 times in the last 2 years and each time the service quality has been excellent.

Not happy.
Initial delivery date cancelled, no explanation given. Second date, lorry arrived on time - driver's comms to us were great - but unfortunately somebody had forgotten to actually load our mattress onto the lorry in the first place.
Customer service promised to investigate and ring back. No phone call received. I rang them (3pm) - "we are now closed. Please ring back between the hours of 9am and 5pm."
Well that's helpful. Not.
