Excellent customer service very patient with my elderly mother in law tried multiple mattress found perfect one. 3 weeks for delivery not bad as beds being made from scratch as have order 4ft beds.

We got the product we wanted, there was discount and interest free credit which was a real bonus. The service was top notch and the sales assistant was very knowledgeable about all the products and was very thorough.

The sales woman, Costanza, was very helpful. I was able to take my time trying the mattress. Then she explained the different policies clearly.

Steven was great in helping us find the perfect mattress for our new home. He was very knowledgeable but also left us alone to look and decide for ourselves. Great store with lots of choice and a great bunch of lovely staff!

We visited the store twice and on both occasions we received informative, helpful information about the beds we liked. We placed an order and await the delivery later this month.

We went in looking for 2 mattresses for our kids. The staff member was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to suggest exactly what she felt they needed and the reasons why. She explained how it would impact their spines etc if they chose a firm mattress. We were so impressed that we opted to order our new bed and mattress at the same time (was going to order elsewhere but she made it competitive). We did not feel rushed and left happy in the knowledge that when they arrive they will be right!
