Was very helpful in finding the bed I wanted

The costumer service was poor I felt as they did not want to be there . The layout of the store purchase area not great . I wanted to buy some pillows and duvet and those were behind the desk while some others costumers were been served. Only one staff member was kind and asked me if I was being served. Also I heard another staff member not being kind with his colleague which was serving me maybe one reason why the atmosphere wasnt relaxed. Won't be going back.

The product is good and as per the specifications. However, the sales agent did not inform me that assembly is not included and I had to shell out another 70 GBP to get it assembled + 4 days of extra wait time.
When I called to check with the store, they said the salesperson has off today and she will call back the next day. No one called.

But they actually did not assemble!

So, two MAJOR PROBLEMS with Benson For Beds: very long lead time (my wardrobes have still not arrived after more than 8 weeks) & Assembly. Well, they also charge separately for delivery too!!

The lady who served us works in Ruislip branch. A lovely lady . She helped us buy a bed previously and yesterday helped us with a head board. Goes above and beyond with the help and assistance she provided us

The Assistant Ali was helpful, polite and did not rush or push us into a decision, he answered questions and showed us many beds so we could do a comparison.

We ordered a couple of mattresses, sales assistant was very helpful and delivery was as expected

Very good service . Vlad was amazing and had lots of patience with us , we got the best deal and lots of free stuff for cleaning the bed ,and for the bed . Lovely person to deal with. I would definitely recommend the store and the people there . Thank you for making this an amazing deal experience and no stressful at all .

I have an NHS discount Ode card & this provides NHS discount of 7%. However I could noy use it in the store. I had to return home & order on line. The staff was very helpful & provided me with the codes and colours i needed to place my order. I am known in the store as i have purchased other beds in the past.

I went in to the store with a vague idea of what I was looking for. Ali very clear, explaining the benefits / qualities of the different mattresses, bases, headboards, that I could choose from, and what would be best for me. He was very patient as I changed my mind about 10 times, and then clearly explained the finance and delivery options. I cant wait to get my bed now. Thanks Ali for your help and advice

Easy to buy and delivery good . Just a niggle bug hidden costs upped the price

When we first came to tbe store it felt like we were pressurised in to one particular mattress by the so called manager of the branch.
He took all of our details and then asked for a deposit when we had already said we wanted full finance option.
He said he would call us the next day to see what he could do.
We did not receive a call and had to go back to the sstore the following weekend.
When we did we were assisted by another staff member who was so much more helpful and showed us more options and gave alot more advice.
He also gave us product details and and email so that we could order online to get full finance.
This was excellent apart from we missed out on a promotion due to the greedy first staff member.
We went ahead with our order purely because of the service received by the second staff member.
If you go here insure you get the right customer service we all deserve.
