I was dealt with efficiently and quickly. Staff very friendly and polite.

Polite & helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Didn’t rush me (I’m a pensioner) explained everything to me in plain English, we had a laugh and it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

Mat was very helpful. He took time to give us advice and his knowledge about mattresses. He gave us time and space to try the mattresses and came back to check how we was getting on. He was not pushy at all. He was very friendly and welcoming when we walked into the shop which was nice. Thank u mat

The manager at the Scunthorpe store was extremely helpful and had fantastic product knowledge.When asked a question he had the answer straight away and knew exactly where it was in the shop .The purchase of our new bed and wardrobe was a pleasant and smooth transaction.

Can’t thank Lloyd, Matthew and team enough for putting our little muck up right 🤣 Lloyd pulled out all the stops to secure us the best alternative when we discovered we’d ordered a mattress that was FAR too big for our new bed. Lovely service from the gentleman that served us very profession , didn’t hassle us to buy , the bed we chose was a adjustamatic and we tried it for ourselves, which was great.

Matt was very helpful and polite, he answered the questions I asked with clarity and professionalism.

Customer service was great, just don’t think the computerised system for the softness of the mattress was very useful.

The salesman Matt was friendly and knowledgeable. We were guided around the store and tried a few beds with Matt offering information on each bed we laid on. Ordering was quick and hopefully the mattress will be delivered within two weeks.

I have ordered a Bergen 2 door sliding ward robe around Easter time are so. On promise of what I saw in show room would be what I was getting. List of problems

#1 it is not a true representation of what I am sold - no shelves what so ever. All I have is one top shelf and a hanging rail in both halves.
#2 I was told the doors are interchangeable ( 1 took I mirror and 1 normal). Fitters said that is not possible and it goes only one way
Was not planning to look at myself every morning waking up
#3 lead time was reasonable as I booked but when it became available to delivery team well beyond and the arranging a delivery is not the easiest at least whoever they contracted to in South Humberside
#4 Tried calling customer service but I wasn’t in luck to get to a person to speak to yet.

Leaves me now very unhappy with what I have and this needs to get changed and start of the cycle all over again 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻

It was Dave that came to us that is My Daughter and I explained to us the Technical details of all the Mattress.Left us /Me to make My choice,then He concluded with the financial agreement. I would have liked to have had My old Mattress taken away without a charge! as offered at other shops.
