A no stress way to buy a new bed
I was unsure of what sort of mattress I needed. Ryan who gave me advice was great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured at all and went away to think about quote. Ryan contacted me to let ke know there was a better offer available but again no pressure. I did return and found a bed/mattress to suit my budget. I was then able to access an interest free package as well. From beginning to end a great service thank you Ryan

Poor customer service
Ordered a bed 5 years ago. Billing address was different to delivery address. Went back to store to order a new bed. Colleague in store named Jill. Repeated the order. The old billing address was used as the delivery address. Delivery driver refused to deliver to correct address. The store manager Jilly refused to admit any error and stated I had signed the paperwork and told me I needed to speak to customer service. Customer service told me its a dispute with the store and to go back to them. My original good interaction with the previous store manager liz is what made me return. I can understand where the error was made as your system didnt keep the previous delivery address but not even attempring to reschedule the delivery was astounding. It shows the level of care you treat your customers with. Prerty much case of you signed for it so deal with it yourself. Will never use this company again.

Good experience at the Solihull Sears Retail Park branch of Bensons for Beds
There was a good choice of beds and mattresses and the showroom was pleasant and easy to look round. Ryan was very helpful. He understood our requirements and helped us to find a bed that was just what we needed.

Friendly helpful staff, good range of beds. Pleasant showroom. Very easy to find what I wanted. Given enough time to make my purchase. This will be my 6th bed from this company ( not all for me)

Friendly service
Really lovely man that helped me, I was given lots of advice about the mattresses. He was very patient as I tried out nearly all the mattresses in the store, but I finally found the one I wanted to purchase. An enjoyable process.

Store staff were helpful
Store staff were helpful. Once ordered was placed the communications regarding delivery times etc were excellent; by text, email & phone. Delivery was fast and efficient and all packaging taken away. So far we're finding the mattresses very comfortable and we have useful info. on care etc.

Mattress purchase Solihull
We visited the sears retail park branch in Solihull on 27th July for a new king size mattress. We had an idea of what we wanted and budget. Jess was both knowledgeable and friendly, and a great salesperson! She gave us several options and went through the benefits of each mattress we tried. She was really patient as we made our minds up and it made us want to make a purchase because we weren’t being pushed to!
Our bed was delivered on Monday 18th August by Jay and Kieran and they were very polite and efficient.
Thanks for our wonderful new mattress- we are getting much better sleep now. Thanks to Jess again.

Great service and price from Bensons
From ordering in the shop to delivery yhe staff i dealt with were courteous. The delivery guys even took their shoes off before going upstairs. The bed arrived at the time wen had been told. Easy to assemble and looks great in the room.
