We went into the Hedge End
We went into the Hedge End, Southampton branch after visiting a couple of competitors stores and explained what we wanted and our budget to Jonathan, who managed to find and sell us exactly what we were after.
He was very knowledgeable and polite and we would recommend both Jonathan and Benson Beds to our friends and family. We were kept up to date with the delivery schedule and the bed is very comfortable and should last a long time. Overall, very satisfied.

Visited the Hedge End store at a quiet…
Visited the Hedge End store at a quiet time. Made to feel very welcome. Plenty of choice and Azura soon narrowed down a range that suited our requirements. Spent the next hour or so trying out the mattresses and pillows. We felt relaxed and were not rushed. We were given plenty of information and the whole ordering process was explained clearly by Azura.
A good experience and we thoroughly recommend the store and staff.

Excellent service and communication
Excellent service and communication. Initial igel mattress review is very good, but long term TBD. Delivery of new and recycling of old mattress all good. Delivery in a week. Will happily go to Bensons next time.

Very friendly and knowledgeable team at Hedge End store with excellent customer service. I made a repeat buy of a Staples mattress I’d bought from Bensons in 2017 and my partner bought a Tempur mattress and ottoman.
