Would not recommend this company…
Would not recommend this company because of the experience I’m having.
Two beds were ordered in the beginning of April and had to wait for delivery of these beds on 2nd May. Following delivery one bed had two of the same side hinge so after arranging a fitter on that day could not install the bed and was left half installed.
Following this I called customer services who advised the part would be delivered between 7-10 working days and they had refunded the original delivery fee of £30 because of this delay.
Ten working days later I have now been advised that there is no update and to wait a further 2 days for a response. My mum has been sleeping on the floor during this time which has been a big inconvenience.

Very helpfull, Wayne was great
Suggested different pillows and we used the smart bed to get the right mattresses

Satisfied Customer assistant very helpful and I tried…
Shop assistant very helpful and I tried out several mattresses before choosing one. Delivery was booked for a couple of weeks late, I was given a time and alerted on the day that they were running late. Delivery men were very efficient and set my bed up and removed old mattress.
Am very pleased with my new bed!

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble. Charles came out very quickly to finish putting bed together when delivery people didn’t know what to do. Everything prompt and on time.
