The salesperson came straight over and…
The salesperson came straight over and was asking how she could help me, I showed her the bed frame and mattress that I required. I was informed that they didn’t have a bed frame to show but I could try the mattress. I was taken upstairs and I was being told all about the mattress and how it arrived rolled up. After testing the mattress we went back downstairs and I purchased the bed frame and mattress.

Benson for beds Portrack lane
We recently purchased an Ottoman bed from Bensons on Portrack lane Teesside, the whole process was completely trouble free, from the initial visit to the store we where not rushed, shown several options and allowed to take our time in making our choice, I believe the person who helped us was Mark Hood.
The delivery guys were also fantastic Paul Kendal and his mate were punctual, efficient and extremely courteous. They arrived 7:30am and finished assembling and cleared away all the packing by 8:00am. We had new carpets fitted and they removed their work shoes without the need for me to ask them.
All in all the people we dealt with are a credit to this company.

Mark (Stockton branch) was very helpful. Gave us the advice we needed on the products and talked us through the information. Even when I had a problem sorting the finance out, I phoned him & he sorted it out.

We were shopping for a new mattress
We were shopping for a new mattress, but were finding it a daunting experience with so much choice and pricing range. Having experienced disappointing service elsewhere, we opted to try ‘Bensons for Beds’ at their Stockton store, and are so happy we did! There we met Mark, who as floor assistant provided a first-rate service sharing his knowledge and expertise in a witty, friendly and ever so helpful manner. There is a vast range of choice on offer at Bensons, but Mark helped us make an informed choice advising us to best test the beds early in the day, if possible, to help make an impartial decision when we were rested and not tired. We came back the next day, and once more Mark gave us his time and expertise, allowing us time to test the beds, stepping back when necessary, and being on hand to offer practical advice when needed. We eventually chose our mattress the ‘i gel nano tech’, made our purchase, and opted for some pillows to go as well. Overall, our experience at Bensons has been extremely positive made better by great staff, a smooth sales process and a super selection of mattress ranges to choose from. Mark you’re a star - thank you!

Paul who helped me was friendly, helpful and professional.
The store was well laid out and the product range was extensive. I liked the way you could mix and match the headboards and bases.
The other 2 staff were also very good. I came away with a great product, good deal and very happy
