The advisor was super helpful
The advisor was super helpful. We wanted to see how high a bed would be with a different mattress on so he swapped it over. That way we could see if my elderly mam could get in and out easily.

Everything was done to the finest degree of detail with ordering and we're very excited to see our new bed!

Overall Fantastic Experience
The service from when I entered the store to look for a bed to the delivery experience was first class. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was kept informed every step of the way via several phone calls and emails. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

Fantastic staff, easy delivery and love the mattress!
The staff in the shop were really helpful and helped us find the same mattress that we had previously purchased and love. Process was really quick and easy. We have bought the same style mattress 3 times now as we love it!
The 2 Andys that delivered the mattress were absolutely fantastic (very professional but also friendly and easy to talk to)! They were very helpful and offered to take it upstairs straight away.

Excellent service, from choosing our guest bed to having it delivered and assembled. We were kept updated throughout . Delivery was on time. Staff were polite, professional and knowledgeable. The delivery team were respectful of us and our home. Can’t fault Bensons.

Very helpful and understanding
Stuart was very helpful and patient whilst we took our time trying different mattresses (with a crying baby in tow!). He took onboard feedback and comments to help guide us to the perfect mattress. He asked for budget and preference etc and use his knowledge and experience to help us pick.
Everything was fully explained during the buying process and he ensured we were completely happy before going ahead - we didn’t feel pressured at any point to purchase from the store which we have had from other places.
Couldn’t recommend Stuart and the team enough, thank you so much!
