Very friendly and helpful sales team and delivery team

The staff in store were very nice and friendly and took their time with us and didn't rush us.
The app for tracking the delivery and being kept informed of the time of delivery was very helpful.
Both of the delivery guys were polite, helpful, friendly and efficient despite being up and on the road since very early in the morning.
The only negative thing was that our day of delivery was changed. That wasn't great as we had arranged for our old mattress and topper to be collected the day of the delivery of the new mattress. That had to be rearranged. But I did contact the store and they said that if we couldn't rearrange collection of the old mattress and topper that the delivery guys would take them away for us. We were able to rearrange collection of the old mattress etc which was good but it was nice to know that Bensons would help us.
We have bought a mattress, a bed and bedside cabinets from Bensons previously. Their staff have always gone out of their way to help us.

We really liked what we saw in the shop, and we ordered two ottoman double beds for our children. The beds took five weeks to arrive. When we received the order, my husband unpacked one of the beds and found a scratch on part of the metal frame. We are not sure whether this happened during delivery or at the manufacturer.

The first bed was easy to put together by following the instructions. However, when it came to the second bed, it was much more complicated and took us double the time, or even longer, to assemble because the instructions were not as simple to follow.

Overall, we are pleased with both beds!

The guys in the shop were helpful, informed but not pushy. The credit options were explained clearly. Our mattress arrived on time with lots of communication beforehand. The delivery guys were friendly, quick and efficient.

Brilliant company to deal with from sales to delivery. Sales guy Mark was very helpful and info was received regularly updating on delivery time. Two guys who delivered were brilliant, both removing old mattress and installing new one. Staircase was not easy to negotiate but they managed ok. Would recommend Bensons for Beds any day.

Benson beds once purchased item if any fault with product their service is really let you down, they don’t solve problems and not accurate with information, they don’t even pick up the phone. I had faulty bed delivered and it took 3 month to pick up only help with finance team intervene and still waiting for confirmation of my refund.

Time and patience of staff to let you compare beds for what was right for you nothing was to much trouble staff very knowledgeable on products sold including pillows and protectors.

Excellent delivery service! The communication from bensons regarding the delivery was brilliant! I was receiving emails and phone calls to let me know updates and even on the day of delivery I was kept well informed. Drivers Lee and Stew worked well and respected my property. They gave me a demo of the bed and ensured I was happy before they left. Thank you so much!

We needed a new mattress and pillows. Our last couple of bedding items and mattress were purchased from Bensons so our local store was our first choice. The store was clean and tidy, with plenty of room to walk around. We received a friendly welcome from Paul and the team and were directed to several mattresses in the store. We tested a couple to assess the best comfort and support and did the same with the pillows. The offer price was good and the delivery time quick. A great service that continued to delivery. We received regular updates and the mattress was delivered , as expected by McCauley and Adam, efficiently and carefully - and they removed the old one.
