Excellent service at the store. Staff very patient and it was no problem to take us round the various beds to look at. Pointed out where savings could be made.

The store staff were informative and relaxed. Delivery was as promised and a few days before a time slot was given and the drivers also telephoned. Fabulous service.

Terrible attitude
The thermostatic control was damaged on the radiator . Still not heard anything after a week not good service . Also told by deliver both mattresses were firm when one should be medium. When asked why they said just ring the shop and nothing more!

Excellent service from Faye
We came into store looking for a bed for my Mum and Dad. We were greeted by Faye who looked after us exceptionally well. She was very understanding and patient as my Dad has dementia. She listened to my detailed requests on what they needed and promptly found the best option based on their specific needs. Great in store experience thanks.

Purchased a mattress from Leigh at the stoke on trent store. Great advice and not pushy. Able to test out all the mattresses. When it came to delivery we were kept up to date, the delivery men covered their shoes and took it to the room of our choice. Would shop there again

Our salesman , Leigh was very knowledgable about the products . He listened to us and was sensitive to our needs . A very swift , professional and enjoyable experience ! We cannot wait for our bed to arrive ! We took advantage of the interest free credit , which was very simple to complete at home after we had ordered the bed .

We visited the local store and met with Amanda who was extremely helpful. After telling her about the health difficulties we were experiencing and our decision to purchase a new mattress, she explained which one would be helpful. She encouraged us to try different mattresses and explained how each one may benefit us. We were given time try assess the benefits of each one. Amanda made the choosing of a new mattress a great experience. Thank you Amanda.

Staff are very professional
The staff especially Faye at Bensons festival park were very helpful
We knew what we wanted when we got there bed wise
But there was so many mattress’s to choose from
Faye came over to us to show us the one’s that would suit our needs
She was very professional and had a lot of patience
As we tried quite a few, not once did she try to pressure us into buying like some people do
It was very much appreciated we eventually found the one that suited both of us
I recommend anyone looking for bedroom furniture to go there
