We went into the shops my son tested few of the mattresses
Then he found the one.
I also got Igel pillow oh let me tell you so cool it is helping me sleep while going through premi menopause what a pillow.
I used the finance option is to good not to so affordable and the delivery was excellent. They was very professional respected my property parked sensibly and helped to take it upstairs.
Great experience I won't go no where else for beds and accessories.
Excellent staff full of knowledge in the shop we felt guided and Informed.

Very pleased with the process, start to finish.Professional and knowledgeable staff in the shop with absolutely no pressure experience. Allowed us to take our time trying out the various options. After making our decision on what we wanted, the purchase was easy. We were offered several purchase options and were able to choose the one best for us. Delivery was made quickly and on time as planned. Delivery men were very polite and professional. They were respectful of our property, set up the bed very quickly and were in and out in no time at all. Excellent service all round. Would recommend to anyone shopping for a new bed or mattress.

From showroom to spare room, done properly.
I visited the Swansea branch and was helped by Bethan, who was excellent. She listened to what I actually needed rather than trying to upsell me, and guided me through the options in a way that made sense. I ended up buying a king size divan base with a Simba mattress (with the two free Simba pillows), a headboard in two pieces so I could get it up the stairs, and a super king size divan base. Total spend was around £2,800.
Delivery was spot on. John Badsey and his mate arrived exactly when they said they would, carried everything upstairs without a single issue, and were genuinely good company while they were here. Proper friendly banter and clearly took pride in what they were doing. It makes a difference.
I assembled everything myself and had no problems. The quality is excellent and it feels well worth the money. The best part is that my dad now has a proper bed when he comes to stay, which was the whole point of doing this in the first place.
The only thing I’d change, and this is entirely on me, is that I didn’t order a headboard for the super king at the same time. Now everything’s in place, it feels like the one finishing touch missing. I may well be back to complete the set.
Overall, a genuinely smooth experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Swansea team.

bed excellent, delivery on time and driver/mate courteous and efficient.My only observation is that i think the price for the bed assembly was a bit overpriced, as it was a relatively simple task to assemble it.I have a severe back problem, so i could not have done it myself.Staff in the showroom very pleasant and efficient
