Excellent service from the staff at Benson's for Beds in Swansea. The bed arrived within the alloted time frame on the day specified for delivery and the delivery men were great, very polite and helpful. Very pleased with the bed once assembled and would recommend and use Benson's for beds in the future.

Excellent service. Mum bought a bed in December arrived this week. I was so impressed I returned to store yesterday and purchased the same bed for myself. Sarah couldn't have been more helpful

Part 2: following my initial feedback, I have changed my rating to 1 star. Despite several reminder emails and texts, voice mail message today left stating mattress would not be delivered as it was put of stock. This was 3 hours prior to the delivery. Already this morning, my bed was taken away, having seen no weather concerns, or correspondence to advise there was no stock! Surely this was known prior to 3 hours before delivery. Called Customer Services and had to speak to 3 different people. Have to wait for up to 3 days for an update on when I may get a delivery. Very unsatisfactory service. Had I been told within 24 hours, I would not be in this position. I have wasted an annual leave day off work and have nowhere to sleep for who knows how long. I asked if the other items could at least be delivered as per schedule and told this was not the case as although the distribution operation said they would not deliver base without the mattress. Despite the staff at Bensons empathising with my situation, I still have no bed. They have offered me a airbed tomorrow and hope the delivery will arrive next week. I’m not hopeful and just wish had chosen another company. I have already been waiting 6 weeks yet the money was taken from my account the same day.

So quick and easy to order my mattress, and offered interest free credit, which again was a very quick and easy process. I have bought 3 beds from Bensons over the years and have always had great service!
