The salesperson at Benson for Beds listened to my particular requirements and showed me the options that he thought would suit me, explaining the differences. The sale and delivery, including removing an old mattress, was carried through smoothly in a week. I am very pleased with the new mattress.

The mattress was brought in carelessly
The mattress was brought in carelessly. They knocked a clock off the wall—one that I now have to throw away. Pictures and other wall decorations also fell down. I am not satisfied with this delivery, as items in my home were damaged.The mattress was brought in carelessly. The outer surface of the mattress is scratched

Exceptionally efficient
My mattress was delivered by Carl and Steve and I was extremely impressed with how efficient they were. They made light work of taking my old mattress for recycling and moving in the new one. I am so far loving my new Hypnos mattress too.

Super staff service
Heartfelt thanks to Josh who made taking my 85 year old mum to get a new bed a good experience . Patient , knowledgable , not at all pushy and happy to keep trying different mattresses etc. Have booked full removal, delivery and removal of old bed - will report back if not up to standard set by Josh .

I had come from Dreams as I didn't know B for B was even there, I only saw it as I went to a shop nearby. Immediately I was greeted by Rob, who I later found out was the manager, he was helpful approachable, charming and welcoming without being too much or pushy as was my experience in Dreams. We had a general chat and he gave me the space to look around making it clear that he was available if I needed anything again I didn't get this is Dreams where I nearly didn't even get a bed following my experience there. Anyway I did get a bed and mattress, it's being delivered today and I cant' thank Rob enough for all of his help and expertise. Infact by the time I left I think I'd spoken to most of the staff about various things, they have created a lovely friendly professional environment where they get the job done without being overtly salesy (don't think that's a word) in other words i didn't leave empty handed or stressed. I would definitely come back and recommend to my family and friends. One thing though you really could do something with the shop front signage, it doesn't reflect the professionalism of the staff inside

Bought a wardrobe for £1.800 waited Ten…
Bought a wardrobe for £1.800 waited Ten weeks for delivery and they sent a wardrobe that was the wrong colour. Phoned them up and they said maybe install it and they would then order the correct parts to replace any that needed changing 🤣 I said no Obviously! So if I want to get the same wardrobe, I will have to wait another 10 weeks I have ask them for my money back!
