Staff (kerry) very helpful, patient friendly, knowledgeable and spoke to me as a person and wanted to understand how my disability actually affects me to help me actually make the right choice and also has a sense of humour which helps you to relax more.

We bought our first mattress as a young…
We bought our first mattress as a young couple and was greeted by Kerry. She was so polite and chat and had fantastic product knowledge. She mate the hole experience a breeze and was just really kind and bubbly. We will come back for anything else we need.

Excellent all round.
Great customer service from Kerry in the Taunton store. Very knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for.
We had time to consider the options and was able to complete our order over the phone a couple of days later.

From the moment we stepped into the showroom we were not jumped on, makes every satisfying feeling to be allowed to browse freely.
Staff did announce themselves by stating if we require assistance they can be found on the sales desk.
Once had decided what we required then the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is no reflection on the beds which…
This is no reflection on the beds which are very good value for money , extremely well built and easy to assemble , having assembled many to date an “installers nightmare” is the new plastic packaging containing the (nuts, bolts, dowels washers etc) for assembly.
Having to cut into the plastic with a Stanley knife brings risk is cumbersome and is inseparable from the cardboard backing which prevents ♻️ not to mention the increase in assembly time!!
This requires a review to assess the above issues and improve the whole experience of assembly and safety.

Chris was very knowledgeable, gave us a lot of advice as we were not sure what type of mattress would suit us best and helped us with our decision. Not bad the mattress delivered yet but the sales experience was good

Christopher
Christopher, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the various options we might have regarding our choice of mattress, and some possibilities that we might not have considered. He also persuaded us to buy the premium divan base as it had superior construction, offered a wider range of fabrics and could be placed on castors. We were also able to purchase some new pillows which he again demonstrated to us and was well informed regarding their suitability to us as individuals. Although we have a Bensons for Beds closer to us, we decided to make the purchase from Taunton because of the excellent service and rapport we had with Christopher.
