Delivery drivers could not get up the stairs even though before ordering in store we advised we had two flights of stairs to manage

Thank you for leaving your review with us. We’re really sorry for the difficulty with getting the mattress upstairs, especially after advising in store about the two flights of stairs. Due to the tight bend on the staircase and the risk of damaging either the mattress or your property, the delivery team have left the mattress with you.

Excellent Service
The bed was delivered on time.
Both Mark and Alan were very courteous and pleasant and both removed their shoes immediately before they entered the house.
All done in less than 15 minutes.
No complaints from me.

From the experience of purchasing right through to the boys that delivered the bed. Outstanding I’ve got to be very honest the delivery boys made the whole experience so much better. Cared about what they did very polite nothing was too much trouble just amazing.

Happy Customer
The delivery men were polite, friendly and very helpful. They respected my property and left no marks on the paintwork when carrying beds up and down the stairs!
I highly recommend Bensons Beds, but I was expecting a call from them 30 minutes before they arrived, which I didn’t receive, but overall they were excellent.
