We wr dealt with a lovely bubbly lady called Sandra while in the Uddinston store.
She was extremely pleasant professional and knowledgeable and from going in for just a look ended up buying but that was based on our experience from Sandra.

Really pleased with the bed too, even comes with a screw driver and extension lead!

From entering the shop I was greeted…
From entering the shop I was greeted warmly. Given time to look around and when I asked the sales associate Lynn questions about a bed she was very knowledgeable and this was very reassuring. I was then supported to purchase the bed and delivery dates organised.
The delivery service kept in contact and dropped off with care.

Great store and very helpful staff
Great store and very helpful staff, we were greeted by a lovely lady Linda who was so helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was a problem! 1st shop we went into and never had to go anywhere else. Very quick delivery time which is great!

If I could rate it zero I would
If I could rate it zero I would. Their 40 night guarantee doesn’t exist, we have been trying for several months now to exchange our mattress as it’s very uncomfortable and we are getting no where. Their customer service is like talking to a robot and they have been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Do yourself a favour and avoid these cowboys, shouldn’t be allowed to false advertise and get away with it.
