Exceptional service from start to finish!
Steve at Benson Beds was absolutely fantastic. He greeted me warmly, listened carefully to what I was looking for, and guided me through the options without any pressure. His product knowledge was outstanding—he explained the differences between mattresses clearly and helped me find exactly what suited my needs and budget.
What really stood out was his patience and genuine willingness to help. He made the whole experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. Thanks to Steve, I left feeling confident I’d made the right choice.
Highly recommend asking for Steve if you’re shopping at Benson Beds. Truly five-star service!

Really excellent customer service from entering the store to our purchase. My son and I visited and we were given time to browse without feeling rushed, information and guidance when needed, no pressure just excellent service all round. This made for a really great purchasing experience. Thank you.

Made to feel welcome when looking in the shop. The gentlemen in the showroom were friendly, approachable and not pushy. They listened to our requirements and provided help and guidance. Steven who was our sales man was also very funny and a really lovely man who helped us get the most amazing bed.

From Store to Bedroom: Great Experience All Around
The mattress arrived on time, and the delivery team was very helpful and efficient — many thanks to them for carrying it up to my bedroom on the second floor.
The mattress itself has a medium firmness, offering great support for the back without feeling too hard. Even when my partner or I turn over, we hardly notice it — it’s really comfortable.
The staff in the store were also excellent, patient and attentive in explaining several different products, which really helped us make the right decision.

Great shop experience
Great experience all round. From walking into the shop we were greeted well and given a small tour of the shop and then left alone for us to look around. Once we had a few questions the store manager showed us around and explained different options and deals and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend.
The delivery of the items could have been a bit better with a few scuffs on the walls afterwards but the guys were pleasant and did a good job of assembling the bed

Everything fully explained
I visited with my elderly parents who were looking to buy a new bed and mattress. The staff were very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to fully explain everything to my parents and me. All aspects of rhe sale were covered, the removal of their old bed and the notification of when rhe bed will be delivered. They got mattress protectors thrown in as well. Great experience and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The advice I got from Linda (Warrington store) was useful & friendly. There was no pressure to sell me a new mattress. I was given plenty of time to choose which type was most suitable. Overall the buying experience was good. I hope that when the new mattress arrives that it is good for improving my quality of sleep.

Disappointed with the sales service
Disappointed with the sales service. Paid in full and in the days after, the mattress went into a 20% sale. The store would not honour the discount despite it not being delivered yet.
