Excellent customer service
The customer service I received from Linda at Bensons Beds was excellent.
The shop had a lovely atmosphere and the two other members of staff who were working alongside Linda on the day I ordered my beds, all seemed to get on really well as part of a good team.

Went in purely to see what was on the market. Came out having bought a Tempur mattress and complete divan.
After Linda showed us around all that was available and explained about the differences, there was no point in shopping around.

We received excellent service from Andy, the Store Manager. There was no hard selling at all, just plenty of helpful advice from the moment we walked in. Once we had made our choice, the process was smooth and straightforward, with everything clearly explained — including the available extras — again with no pressure to buy.

I am very unhappy with the delivery service as they have caused damage to the ceiling above the stairs by ramming the mattress against it. There is a crack from where they pushed the mattress against it. I want to be compensated for the damage that has been caused.

What I thought was not a bad 1st time…
What I thought was not a bad 1st time buying experience in store with Bensons for Beds , Winwick has turned out to be a nightmare ! Be aware if you have a complaint and you buy from store, their customer service has nothing to do with it and only the store can help. Crazy for a big company like Bensons! Even worse when the store staff claim they don’t make mistakes in any orders they do. I’m the customer, I wouldn’t complain if there wasn’t an issue. It’s been a total nightmare the whole process and I’ve been told it’s a 48 hour call back to speak with a team leader, crazy!
