Customer service was excellent

I wasn’t made aware of the charge for delivery for my tv bed luckily I had enough money on me to pay the driver.

The sales assistant was very helpful and efficient, told him what we wanted and all sorted in no time.

Ordered a pillow to come in to store. Ordered on the Sunday and was told it would be I on the Wednesday. Didn't hear anything so called in the following saturday. Was told there was a mistake and was down for delivery to my home. Still no pillow.

The moment we stepped in we felt the good energy. John was very helpful, with some really good advice and in the end we bought a mattress and a bedframe. Totally recommend. It is not our first purchase and probably won't be the last either.

I would recommend Bensons to anyone I bought mattress which was delivered on time by pleasant guy and very respectful and after sleeping on the mattress for 2 weeks I wasn't happy because it wasn't right for my back so went back and asked could I upgrade to a more firmer mattress it was know trouble whatsoever to the pleasant staff I am now so happy with my mattress I sleep better than ever thanks to Bensons.

Good experience in store with the knowledgeable staff. Really nice quality bed base at a decent price. Kept up to date with the delivery with regular emails. Delivered on the day they said they would by friendly delivery men. Only negatives would be slightly long 3 week lead time and estimated delivery time was hours out. It would be churlish to knock a star off for that though as they are only minor points.

I was help to select the mattress I needed and confirm that due to my wife being disabled it would meet her needs.
The gentleman who held me was fantastic giving me all the time needed to make the correct selection.

There was no pressure to buy what I wasn’t totally happy with. Her name is Carol Anne and she was so nice and lovely to deal with. A credit to Bensons for beds.
